3. He also serves as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Akebia Therapeutics, a pubic biotech company.
4. Mr. Amello worked for Genzyme Corp. for 11 years, most recently as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
5. A graduate of Boston College, Mr. Amello is also a certified pubic accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
