John Albright, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and professor of orthopedics and rehabilitation at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. He specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine and treats various conditions including osteoarthritis, bursistis, back pain, hammer toe and foot fractures among many others.
He earned his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago Strich School of Medicine. Dr. Albright completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Conn.
He completed an anatomy fellowship at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City in Utah. He additionally completed an orthopedic surgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and an orthopedic surgery fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
