Matthew J. Simons, MD, an adult reconstruction and joint replacement surgeon, will join Sierra Pacific Orthopedics in Fresno, Calif., on Sept. 1, 2015.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Simons specializes in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and conditions of the hip and knee.
2. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, he is also a part of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and International Congress of Joint Reconstruction.
3. After completing his medical degree and an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Simons completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.
4. Sierra Pacific Orthopedics provides care for the foot and ankle, hand, hip and knee, shoulder and upper extremity as well as spine.
