David N. Collins, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon practicing at Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics in Little Rock. Dr. Collins specializes in shoulder replacement in addition to hip and knee replacement. He is member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.
