Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Joliet, Ill., conducted its annual Golf Outing and Euchre Tournament at Nettle Creek Country Club.
Here are five highlights:
1. All proceeds were donated to Special Connections of Grundy County, an organization whose mission is to connect people with disabilities to their community through social interactions, education, recreational opportunities and shared information.
2. The event was put together for Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine patients who have had total joint replacement surgery.
3. There were more than 150 participants.
4. The event was sponsored by Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers, ATI Physical Therapy, and several others.
5. More than $3,000 were generated in proceeds for Special Connections.
