Sheyan Armaghani, MD, has joined the Florida Orthopaedic Institute, a practice with office locations throughout Florida.

1. He is an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in degenerative spine conditions. He has experience in using nonsurgical approaches and minimally invasive techniques.
2. He is board eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
3. He has coauthored more than 25 publications. His research interests include minimizing surgical complications and identifying factors that influence postoperative outcomes.
4. He earned his medical degree at University of Florida in Gainesville. He went on to complete his residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville and his fellowship training in adult spinal surgery at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.
