Nashville-based Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance added orthopedic surgeons Lucas J. Burton, MD, and Robert Lowe III, MD, to its team.

1. Dr. Burton specializes in hip and knee reconstruction.
2. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
3. Following his residency, Dr. Burton underwent subspecialty fellowship training at the University of Louisville (Ky).
4. Specializing in treating scoliosis and spinal deformity, Dr. Lowe earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville.
5. He underwent his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University. He went on to complete his spine and orthopedic surgery fellowship at Chicago-based Rush University.
6. Sixty surgeons comprised Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, the largest orthopedic surgery group in Middle Tennessee.
