David A. Brcka, MD, joined OrthoAtlanta after practicing at the Sports Medicine Institute in Claremont, Fla.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Brcka has extensive experience providing arthroscopic treatment of hip, knee and shoulder conditions. He is skilled in both total and partial knee replacements, as well as total and reverse shoulder replacements.
2. He graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City before completing his residency at Orlando Regional Healthcare and his fellowship at Minnesota Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute in Eden Prairie, Minn.
3. Dr. Brcka attributes his passion for sports medicine and treating sports injuries to his love of football and other physical activities.
4. OrthoAtlanta is one of the largest orthopedic and sports medicine practices in the Atlanta area, with 12 offices spread out across the greater Atlanta area.
