Orthopedic surgeon Alexander Rosenstein, MD, recently published a historical fiction novel, according to Corpus Cristi Caller Times.
Here are five things to know:
1. "Double-Edged Sword" tells the story of a KGB agent in the final decade of the Soviet Union.
2. Dr. Rosenstein was born in the Soviet Union and moved to the U.S. with his family at age 17.
3. He based much of the story on his experience living in the U.S.S.R., and after several unsuccessful attempts to publish the book, found success two years ago.
4. The book is being sold on Amazon and in Barnes and Noble stores.
5. This is the first book Dr. Rosenstein has published.
