David Dines, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Dines is a former president of the American Shoulder and Elbow Society. He also previously served as the association team physician for the New York Mets.
Dr. Dines is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Association and American College of Sports Medicine. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, Dr. Dines completed his residency at Hospital for Special Surgery.
