Pine Bluff-based Jefferson Regional Medical Center’s South Arkansas Orthopedic Center welcomed Gordon Birk, MD, according to Pine Bluff Commercial.
Here are three highlights:
1. Dr. Birk specializes in joint replacement and reconstruction procedures, sports injuries, trauma care and foot and ankle surgery.
2. He underwent fellowship training in sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Birk is also board certified in orthopedic surgery.
3. After earning his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Dr. Birk completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
