Jack Farr II, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Indianapolis-based OrthoIndy.
Dr. Farr is a professor of orthopedic surgery at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis and vice president of the Patellofemoral Foundation. He is affiliated with OrthoIndy Hospital and Community Hospital South, both in Indianapolis.
In addition to serving as associate editor for Cartilage and American Journal of Orthopedics, Dr. Farr has authored numerous articles and book chapters. He sits on the Cartilage Research Foundation board and the International Cartilage Repair Society's general board.
Recognized as a Top Doctor by Indianapolis Monthly, Dr. Farr obtained his medical degree from Indianapolis-based Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
