Yakima, Wash.-based Astria Regional Medical Center welcomed Corbett Winegar, MD, the YakimaHerald.com reports.
Dr. Winegar is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in general orthopedics and trauma surgery. He received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in The Bottom, Caribbean Netherlands, and underwent fellowship training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He joins Alan Greenwald, MD, and Roy Pierson, MD.
The Washington-based Astria Health system is the parent nonprofit organization of Astria Regional Medical Center as well as Astria Sunnyside (Wash.) Hospital and Astria Toppenish (Wash.) Hospital.
