Orthopedic surgeon John Begly, MD, joined Berlin-based Central Vermont Medical Center, the Rutland Herald reports.
1. Dr. Begly received his medical degree from Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and underwent sports medicine fellowship training at Vail, Colo.-based Steadman Philippon Research Institute.
2. He is a physician for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard team.
3. CVMC employs more than 1,700 people, including more than 200 physicians.
