Montana health center adds orthopedic surgeon: 4 things to know

Sidney (Mont.) Health Center recruited Eric Sigmond, MD, according to Sidney Herald.

Four things to know:

1. Dr. Sigmond is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with nearly 35 years of experience.

2. He received his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill. He underwent adult reconstructive fellowship training at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic.

3. Since 2014, he has practiced at OrthoMontana's Glendive Medical Center.

4. He joins James Scott, MD, Kimberly Burgess, MD, and nurse practitioner Janie Darby at Sidney Health Center Orthopedic Clinic.
