2. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
3. After earning his medical degree from Reno-based University of Nevada School of Medicine, Dr. Dooley completed his residency at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center. He underwent hand surgery fellowship training at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in Louisville, Ky.
