Aimee S. Klapach, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Sports & Orthopaedic Specialists in Minneapolis.
Dr. Klapach is also affiliated with Minneapolis-based Allina Health, where she serves as medical director of the health system's anterior cruciate ligament prevention program.
With expertise in sports medicine, Dr. Klapach's additional specialties include injuries and conditions of the shoulder and knee as well as arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Klapach is team physician for the Minnesota United FC, St. Paul, Minn.-based Macalester College and Metropolis Rugby Football Club in Minneapolis.
After earning her medical degree from University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Dr. Klapach completed her residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She underwent sports medicine and shoulder surgery fellowship training at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
