Here are nine orthopedic surgeons making headlines this week:

American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons President Joseph Bosco, MD, urged CMS to reconsider proposed Medicare reimbursement cuts to orthopedic services in its Medicare Physician Fee Schedule rule for 2021.

David Cashen, MD, received Lakewood Ranch (Fla.) Medical Center's Patients' Choice Award.
