1. Ronald Navarro, MD, assumed the role of director for clinical affairs at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine in Pasadena, Calif., on Feb. 1.
2. Jay Patel, MD, was appointed chief strategy officer of Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, Calif.
3. Christopher Dewing, MD, serves as medical director of Post Falls, Idaho-based Northwest Specialty Hospital's new service, Northwest Integrated Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.
4. The University of Rochester (N.Y.) appointed eleven faculty members to named professorships, including pediatric orthopedic surgeon Christopher Cook, MD.
5. Orthopedic surgeon Ken Yamaguchi, MD, was named to Osso VR's advisory board.
6. Orthopedic traumatologist and total joint surgeon Craig Greene, MD, on Feb. 22 was appointed chief of staff at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La.
7, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis named Ryan Calfee, MD, as director of hand and microsurgery.
