St. Vincent Orthopedic Hospital and its medical office building in Newburgh, Ind., has been sold for $88 million, Rebusiness Online reported July 9.
The 136,000-square-foot building, completed in 2019, has 10 operating rooms, 48 beds and several medical office suites.
The tenant, St. Vincent's Hospital, is part of St. Louis-based Ascension, one of the largest private health systems in the U.S.
An undisclosed buyer purchased the property.
