U.S. Orthopaedic Partners has acquired Montgomery, Ala.-based Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Private equity-backed U.S. Orthopaedic Partners now has 26 practice locations, according to a Feb. 8 press release.
The company has acquired seven practices since its founding in 2020, including Jackson-based Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in October 2020, Oxford Orthopedics in February 2021, and Florence-based Northern Alabama Bone and Joint Surgeons in July 2021.
Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons has four facilities with 10 orthopedic physicians. The centers offer surgical, nonsurgical and injury prevention care services.
