The practice's services include orthopedic surgery, pain management and physical therapy. It was established in Boise, Idaho, in 2014 and now has 13 locations in Texas and Oklahoma.

2. DMOS Orthopedic Centers (West Des Moines, Iowa). Since opening in 1955, DMOS has grown to include 27 orthopedic specialists and 73 doctors as the first subspecialty group in Central Iowa. The practice most recently outperformed the national averages for joint replacement one-year postoperative outcomes.

3. Pediatric Orthopedics of Southwest Florida (Fort Myers). Brett Shannon, DO, cofounded the practice in 1992 as the only pediatric orthopedic center in Southwest Florida. He is joined by three other fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons.

4. Reno (Nev.) Orthopedic Center. The Reno Orthopedic Center has five locations throughout Nevada providing services such as trauma and fracture care, sports medicine, and orthopedic surgery. The practice's ASC in Reno is the only outpatient surgery center in the area and was recently recognized as a top ASC by Leapfrog.

5. Specialty Orthopedic Group (Tupelo, Miss.). Specialty Orthopedic Group was founded in 2015 with two doctors and has grown to include nine surgeons and eight locations. It is the largest group of subspecialized surgeons in north Mississippi and operates the only privately-owned ASC in north Mississippi.
