An orthopedic surgeon was appointed president of the Oklahoma State Medical Association and two other orthopedic surgeons who joined new practices or assumed new titles in April:
1. Asheesh Bedi, MD, joined Skokie, Ill.-based NorthShore Orthopaedic & Spine Institute.
2. David Holden, MD, was named president of the Oklahoma State Medical Association.
3. Paul Mason, MD, joined Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, N.Y.
