OrthoPediatrics has cemented the acquisition of Pega Medical, a device company that has developed six implants and one instrument to assist surgeons treating musculoskeletal disorders and diseases.

Enovis acquired Insight Medical Systems, a company focused on orthopedic surgical guidance.

Conmed Corp. on Aug. 1 announced a definitive agreement to acquire Biorez, a startup focused on advancing the healing of soft tissue using its BioBrace implant technology.

Orthopedic imaging company CurveBeam and StraxCorp, a provider of cloud-based software to improve bone health, have entered into a definitive merger agreement to form CurveBeam AI.
