DePuy Spine has agreed to fund 25 graduate medical education fellowships in spine care through the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation, according to a release from the foundation.
The foundation's Clinician Development Program will be selecting institutions for the fellowship programs, which begin in the 2010-2011 academic year.
The program awarded $3.9 million in grants for fellowships, residency enhancement and CME in the 2009-2010 academic year, its first year of grants.
