Here are five key updates from spine and orthopedic devicemakers since June 13.

1. Aviva McPherron was named president of global operations and quality at Orthofix.

2. InVivo Therapeutics' creditors voted to approve the company's Chapter 11 liquidation plan, according to a June 17 declaration filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

3. Orthopedic implant company 4Web Medical added the Cervical Spine Truss System Integrated Plating Solution to its portfolio of products.

4. Orthofix named Michael Finegan as chair of its board of directors.

5. Globus Medical has received FDA 510(k) clearance for its ExcelsiusFlex orthopedics robot.
