Globus Medical director Leslie Norwalk sold 1,000 shares of the company's Class A common stock, according to a July 11 SEC filing.
The shares were sold for about $70 per share. Ms. Norwalk still owns 16,419 shares of Globus Medical. Reasons for the sale weren't disclosed in the document.
Ms. Norwalk joined Globus Medical's board of directors in September 2023 and was on the board for NuVasive before it merged with Globus Medical.
