James J. Yue, MD, serves as a New Haven, Conn.-based Yale associate professor of orthopedics and rehabilitation, co-director of the orthopedic spine service and director of the Yale spine fellowship.
His clinical interests include spine, back pain, bone neoplasms and orthopedics.
Dr. Yue has served a principle investigator for various FDA clinical trials and has published more than 100 scientific articles and abstracts. He serves as a journal reviewer and is the chair of the education committee for the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery and IITTSS spine society.
After earning his medical degree from Chicago-based Northwestern University School of Medicine, Dr. Yue completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals of Cleveland. He then completed his two fellowships at RA Cowley Shock Trauma Hospital in Baltimore and Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
