Thomas Manning, MD, PhD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Boise, Idaho-based Neuroscience Associates.
Dr. Manning specializes in spinal surgery. He earned his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his medical degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. Dr. Manning underwent spine surgery fellowship training at the Seattle-based University of Washington Medicine.
Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Manning completed U.S. Navy SEAL Training and served as commander of the Navy’s Demonstration Parachute Team. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. In his spare time, Dr. Manning enjoys athletics.
