3. U.S. Orthopaedic Partners named Stephen Holtzclaw, MD, as its new CEO.
4. Franklin-based Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee named John Reynolds as its new CEO.
5. Louis Shapiro, former president and CEO of New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery, joined Zimmer Biomet's board of directors.
