Kenneth Kaan, MD, is a trained spine specialist practicing at the Honolulu Sports & Spine Surgery Center. Dr. Kaan specializes in performing corrective surgery to address adult and pediatric spine deformity, degenerative spine conditions and spinal trauma.

Dr. Kaan attended medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency at the University of Hawaii in the Integrated Orthopedic Residency Program in Honolulu. He received dual fellowships from Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Honolulu in pediatric orthopedics as well as a spine fellowship from Strong Memorial Hospital associated with the University of Rochester in New York.
