Samuel Cho, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System.
Dr. Cho is the director of spine surgery at Mount Sinai West Hospital. He serves as an associate professor in the department of orthopedic surgery and as an assistant professor in the neurosurgery department at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He also serves as the director of the spine surgery fellowship.
Dr. Cho specializes in minimally invasive surgery and complex reconstruction of spinal deformities. He received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and underwent pediatric and adult spinal surgery fellowship training at the St. Louis-based Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University Medical Center.
He speaks English, Korean and Spanish.
