Daryl Sybert, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at OrthoNeuro in New Albany, Ohio, and Pickerington, Ohio.
Dr. Sybert specializes in minimally invasive outpatient spine and complex adult spinal deformity surgery. He has performed more than 12,000 spine surgeries since joining OrthoNeuro in 1994.
Dr. Sybert received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens and underwent spinal reconstruction fellowship training at the Cleveland Spine and Arthritis Center. He serves as a clinical assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and a clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus.
He serves on the editorial board of The Spine Journal and is acting chairman of The Orthopedic Foundation. Dr. Sybert holds several patents related to spinal devices. He was recently appointed to the Ohio University Foundation board of trustees. In his spare time, Dr. Sybert enjoys alpine skiing and has finished multiple Full IronMan endurance triathlons.
