SpineMark and Quiron Hospital Group have partnered to open the Quirón Torrevieja Spine Center in Torrevieja, Spain. The center, which will be staffed by 15 physicians providing comprehensive care including minimally invasive spine surgery, is the first SpineMark international location.
Behrooz Akbarnia, MD, a spine surgeon and medical director of San Diego Center for Spine Disorders in La Jolla, Calif., will travel to the Torrevieja center to help train the physicians.
