DISC Surgery Center at Thousand Oaks (Calif.) has added 10 spine and orthopedic surgeons to its medical team.
According to a Dec. 18 press release, the newly added physicians include:
Daniel Acevedo, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a focus on shoulder and elbow reconstruction.
John Burge, MD, is a fellowship-trained hip and knee replacement surgeon specializing in robotic-assisted joint replacement and computer navigation joint replacement.
Grigor Grigoryan, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in total joint replacements and complex revision surgery of the hip and knee.
J. Ryan Quinn, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in total knee and hip replacement and revision. He is a leader in the use of Mako SmartRobotics for joint replacements.
Behnam Sharareh, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in traumatic and degenerative conditions of the shoulder and elbow.
Lakshmanan Sivasundaram, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and shoulder, hip and knee surgery.
Stephan Sweet, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with expertise in arthroscopy, sports medicine and shoulder and knee replacement.
