Scott Falci, MD, has launched and will lead the Falci Institute for Spinal Cord Injuries at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo.
The center will provide specialized neurological care for spinal cord injury patients, according to an Oct. 2 news release. Conditions physicians will treat include spinal deformities, post-traumatic spinal cord tethering and post-traumatic syringomyelia.
"By strengthening our relationship with Swedish Medical Center, we now are able to care for these concerns in an even more cohesive and multidisciplinary manner," Dr. Falci said.
