The Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame will induct four new members this year, including Tandy Freeman III, MD, medical director for Justin Sports Medicine and the Professional Bull Riders Sports Medicine Program, according to a Star-Telegram report. Dr. Freeman has also been a team physician for the Dallas Mavericks and U.S. Ski Team. He earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. His additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Ala.
