The electronic health records of all NFL players will soon be available to the league's physicians through an online exchange, according to a report in USA TODAY.
The exchange will allow a player's medical records to follow him if he switches teams or becomes a free agent, according to the report.
The system will also include advanced software to help physicians determine if a player has a concussion, according to the report.
