4. Across the board, the most popular time slots are on weekdays at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
5. The most same-day appointments are booked on Monday.
6. In-office wait times are shortest on Mondays.
7. In-office wait times are longest on Thursdays.
8. Mobile appointment bookings skew toward patients with illness and injury whereas web appointment bookings skew toward prevention.
9. ZocDoc mobile app appointments grew 500 percent year over year.
10. Patients using the ZocDoc app to book their first appointment book 60 percent more appointments in their first year than other ZocDoc users.
