James Andrews, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon recently performed successful elbow surgery on the Tampa Bay Rays top pitching prospect Taylor Guerrieri, according to a Tampa Bay Times report.
Dr. Andrews performed the procedure to repair a torn ulnar collateral ligament in the player's right elbow.
