Dominic Mintalucci, MD, has joined the Hand Center of Santa Rosa (Calif.) Orthopaedic Medical Group, according to a North Bay Business Journal report.
Dr. Mintalucci focuses on hand and upper extremity surgery. He completed his fellowship at the Rothman Institute and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
