Histogenics, a Waltham, Mass.-based biologics company, has announced the appointment of Nancy Lynch, MD, as its chief medical officer.
Dr. Lynch is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, as well as a venture capitalist. Prior to joining Histogenics, she founded Advisorthopaedics.
Histogenics lead product line is NeoCart, a personalized cartilage tissue implant.
