Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, S.D., announced that Orthopedic Surgery Specialists of Aberdeen will join the Avera Medical Group on Jan. 1.
The practice includes orthopedic surgeons James MacDougall, MD; Matthew Reynen, MD; James Mantone, MD; Patrick Miller, MD; and Brandon Fites, MD; physical medicine and rehab specialist, Donald Frisco, MD; primary care sports medicine specialist, Danny Wolfgram, MD; and podiatrist, James Johnston, DPM.
The physicians will continue to provide services through their surgery center — Dakota Plains Surgical Center — as well as the surgery center at Avera St. Luke's Hospital.
The practice will change its name to Avera Orthopedic Surgery Specialists.
