Ken Akizuki, MD, will perform elbow surgery on San Francisco Giants right-hander Matt Cain, according to a MLB report.
Dr. Akizuki is an orthopedic surgeon practicing at San Francisco-based Sports Orthopedic and Rehabilitation. He will perform surgery to remove bone chips and spurs from Mr. Cain's throwing elbow, according to the report.
