James L. Rushford, DO, joined Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, Mo., according to The Baxter Bulletin.
Dr. Rushford is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He has a professional interest in surgical procedures, including total joint replacement and fracture care.
