Allentown, Pa.-based St. Luke's Orthopedic Care welcomed sports medicine specialist William McCafferty, DO, according to the Saucon Source.

1. Dr. McCafferty specializes in sports related acute injuries, concussion management and treating athletes with chronic illnesses.
2. Dr. McCafferty underwent fellowship training at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa.
3. After earning his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. McCafferty completed his residency at Saint Vincent's Health System in Erie, Pa.
4. St. Luke's Orthopedics Care is made up of 11 clinics across the state.
