3. Dr. Meister performed the procedure at TMI Sports Medicine's surgery center in Mansfield, Texas.
4. Dr. Meister is the head team physician for the Texas Rangers and director of Arlington, Texas-based TMI Sports Medicine. He previously served as the head team physician for the Dallas Stars and USA Hockey.
