Dr. Neal ElAttrache repairs ACL of Magic guard Markelle Fultz

Neal ElAttrache, MD, repaired the torn anterior cruciate ligament in the left knee of Orlando Magic guard Markelle Fultz Jan. 20, the Orlando Sentinel reported Jan. 21.

Mr. Fultz tore his ACL Jan. 6 during a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Mr. Fultz will miss the rest of the 2021 season.

Dr. ElAttrache is an orthopedic surgeon at Los Angeles-based Kerlan-Jobe Institute. He is the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Foundation board chair and program director for the Kerlan-Jobe Sports Medicine Fellowship.

He is the head team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Rams, as well as an orthopedic consultant to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Ducks and PGA Tour.
