An orthopedic center is part of a multimillion-dollar development that the Jacksonville Jaguars are planning for downtown Jacksonville, Fla., JaxDailyRecord.com reports.
Three notes:
1. The NFL franchise announced the first phase of the development June 3, which will include a city-owned football performance center, marina and 176-room Four Seasons Hotel at an estimated cost of $441 million, according to the report.
2. The second phase will include a 42,000-square-foot orthopedic sports medicine campus in partnership with Jacksonville-based Baptist Health.
3. A total cost for the second phase was not provided.
