David Porter, MD, has performed a surgical procedure to address a Lisfranc injury on Oklahoma City Thunder player Chet Holmgren's right foot.
Dr. Porter performed the surgery at Forte Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Carmel, Ind., according to an Aug. 30 press release from the team.
The surgical procedure was successful, but Mr. Holmgren is expected to miss the remainder of the 2022-2023 NBA season.
